Reiki
Reiki is an ancient healing art that was rediscovered in Japan at the beginning of the 20th century by Mikao Usui. It is found in Sanskrit writings dating back over 2500 years and is now practiced all over the world. Reiki is the Life Healing Energy that flows through every living being and in a powerful concentrated form into the crown and out through the hands of a Reiki Practitioner. Reiki promotes relaxation, stimulates self healing, releases emotions, soothes physical and mental pain.
Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medical treatments to support healing and relaxation. It is non-invasive and does not require physical manipulation of the body.

Chakra Balancing
Chakra balancing is an ancient Eastern philosophy that draws its roots from Hinduism. The concept of chakras (spinning wheels) originates from ancient Indian texts such as the Vedas which describe the main 7 energy centres within the subtle body. Each chakra is associated with specific endocrine glands in the body.
The goal is to balance and clear these energy centers to promote well-being. The techniques I use incorporate meditation or sound therapy to relax the client, along with coloured silks, crystals, Elemental and Chakra Essential Oil mists, all aimed at bringing harmony to the chakras.

Angelic Reiki
Angelic Reiki is a form of energy healing that incorporates traditional Reiki techniques with angelic energies.
Angelic Reiki sessions involve the practitioner placing their hands lightly on or near the client's body to facilitate the flow of healing energy.
Angelic Reiki is often used to address a wide range of issues, including stress, pain and emotional trauma. This energy is gentle yet powerful, promoting healing and transformation on multiple levels.

Essenian Healings Level l
Essenian Healings are ancient healings last practiced over 2000 years ago by a group of people called the Essenes. Mary Magdalene and Jesus were part of the Essene community. A lot of their knowledge came from the ancient Egyptians.
The SOEF is located in and around our physical human body, where all the physical and mental functions are programmed, and this affects our well-being. The SOEF, or Sophisticated Organizing Energy Field, is unique to each of us (our karma print).
Essenian healings work by adjusting the SOEF by the using the energy of certain stones/crystals, and positive intention to release negative, recurring patterns and beliefs.
